Ogtay Shahbazov

Shahbazov Ogtay Gasham oglu was born on 11 January 1941.

Served as head of presidential administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2016-2021). 

First-class State Advisor.

In 2011 he was awarded "Shohrat" Order for fruitful activity in the civil service of Azerbaijan.
