Promoting Ethical Values Through Institution-wide Training at AUL

In line with its strategic commitment to ethical leadership and inclusive governance, Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) provides continuous training sessions on core institutional values—including honesty, respect, fairness, and diversity—across all levels of the organisation.

Organised by relevant departments such as the Strategic Development and Planning Department and its affiliated Research Center on Environmental Sustainability, these trainings target academic staff, administrative personnel, and students alike. Topics range from academic integrity and anti-discrimination policies to inclusive communication and institutional responsibility.

Workshops and seminars are designed to encourage active engagement, discussion, and reflection on ethical practices in both academic and organisational contexts. By embedding value-based education into professional development, AUL ensures that its principles are not only documented in policy but actively practised and reinforced in day-to-day institutional life.

This initiative reflects AUL’s dedication to building an ethical organisational culture aligned with global standards and the QS Sustainability framework.
