Students of Azerbaijan University of Languages are undergoing pedagogical practice in Cocuq Mərcanlı

A group of students from Azerbaijan University of Languages (ADU), under the leadership of Anar Rahimov, Head of the Innovations in Teaching Department, are undergoing pedagogical practice at the Cocuq Mərcanlı village school in the Jabrayil region.
On February 19, the pedagogical practice supervisor and the trainee teachers were introduced to the school staff and students.
The school principal, Zamin Haziyev, called the organization of the pedagogical practice in the newly liberated Cocuq Mərcanlı village a successful choice and a historical event. He thanked the leadership of Azerbaijan University of Languages for this opportunity and expressed hope that the students undergoing pedagogical practice in such a sensitive region would always keep these days as a pleasant memory.
The arrival of the ADU team at the Cocuq Mərcanlı village school was warmly welcomed. After the first lessons, the students showed great interest and warmth towards the trainees.
Pedagogical practice supervisor Anar Rahimov, in turn, conveyed the greetings of the ADU leadership to the school staff, explained that the idea for this project belonged to the rector of ADU, academician Kamal Abdullayev, and added that carrying out such a mission in a region recently liberated from the enemy is an honorable task.
After the introduction, a lesson was organized by the pedagogical practice supervisor, together with the school's English language teacher and principal Zamin Haziyev.
The topic of the lesson for the 9th grade students was "Pollution and its effects." In the exemplary lesson, in addition to the school staff, ADU students undergoing pedagogical practice participated. Various technological and auxiliary tools were used in the lesson, which sparked great interest among the students.
