The Research Center on Environmental Sustainability, operating under the Strategic Development and Planning Department of Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), recently organized a workshop on "Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment." The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of fostering an inclusive and respectful academic environment, free from discrimination and harassment.

During the workshop, experts in social justice and institutional ethics discussed key topics such as identifying discriminatory behaviors, legal frameworks for anti-discrimination policies, and strategies for preventing harassment in educational institutions. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and case study analyses to better understand how to create a culture of equality and respect within the university setting.

This initiative reflects AUL’s commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and ethical standards across its academic and administrative structures.
