Regarding the Establishment of a Commission
Date: 06.03.2024
For the purpose of evaluating the social and environmental impact of world universities within the framework of the "QS Sustainability" ranking, and assessing the activities of universities in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a “Sustainability Commission” is hereby established, composed of the leadership and administrative staff listed below:
1. Rector, Academician Kamal Abdullayev – Chair of the Commission
2. Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Jala Garibova – Deputy Chair
3. Acting Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Shefaq Shahmammadova
