Born in the family of intellectuals on August, 27, 1969
1976-1986- studied at secondary school N 20 of Yasamal district of Baku.
1976-1986- Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics student at Baku State University.
Graduated with honors and was appointed a Research Assistant at Research Institute of Applied Mathematics at BSU.
1993- 1996- Postgraduate studies course on “Functional analysis” at Baku State University.
1996- Candidate of sciences in physics and mathematics.
Dissertation title: “On a Spectrum of Pauli operator”.
1996- A teacher at BSU Mathematical Analysis Chair, Senior Lecturer; Associate Professor.
September 30, 2005 -January 29, 2014- Vice -Rector for General Affairs at Baku State University.
April, 18, 2012- By decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, Vugar Mehrabov was awarded with “Progress” medal.
January, 30, 2014-April, 29, 2019- Vice -Rector for General Affairs at Baku State University.
