On March 17, an event, dedicated to the Novruz holiday was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL).

Information was provided on the history, traditions and attributes of the Novruz holiday, which our people celebrates every year with great enthusiasm and joy.

Rector of AUL, academician Kamal Abdulla, congratulated the staff of the university on the Novruz holiday and wished them good health and success in their work: «Dear teachers, dear students, dear employees of AUL! I congratulate each of you on this wonderful holiday, wish you good health and happiness. May the Lord have mercy on our shehids, their souls are happy today. We worship their exploits and honor their memory.»

At the event festive tables, prepared by various departments, as well as stands with state symbols, were exhibited.

The event continued with a concert program.
