On April 25, 2019, there was held an event Devoted to the New Brand of the Council of the State Support to the Non-Governmental Organizations Attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is called the System of the Speedy Coordination and Management of Projects (SC CMP) was Held at Azerbaijan University of Languages.

The rector of the University academician Kamal Abdulla greeted the guests and said that the work of the Council of the State Support to the Non-Governmental Organizations Attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the display of the logical and systematic continuation of the work of Heydar Aliyev, national leader of the Azerbaijani people, in the development of the society.

“This Council has been instituted directly under the leadership of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his recommendation. The support of the state has made its contributions to the processes ongoing in the society, to disclosure of new ideas, projects and their realization. I suppose that our students, who are clever, conscious, able to think about the future, who aspire to implement their ideas into life will learn a lot from this introduction. Our teachers and students very often appeal to me, to my colleagues with different projects. For shooting of those ideas, for following them, for implementing into life your chances the State Support Council has itself come to you. Chairman of the Council Azay Quliyev displays great devotion for the Non-Governmental Organizations for enabling them to occupy their worthy place in normal humane and civic society for implementing into life the recommendations of Council of the State Support to the Non-Governmental Organizations Attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which conforms the present time”.

Chairman of the Council of the State Support to the Non-Governmental Organizations Attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, member of the Azerbaijani Parliament Azay Quliyev thanked the administration of the University for the conditions created for the introduction of the project:

“It is very important for us to be at Azerbaijan University of Languages, because the graduates of this University represent Azerbaijan not only within the country, but abroad, too. The government invites you to take part in the development of society, in the solution of the problems, in which you and the society are interested. The state creates conditions for the citizen to convey his suggestion for doing things besides those which we do and which can be done better. Therefore the Council is trying to renew its activities all the time”.

Azay Quliyev gave comprehensive information about the activities of the Council headed by him. He spoke about SC CMP, which is an innovative and modern service, which renders service to the non-governmental organizations, citizens, civic society ceaselessly, which finances the projects of the non-governmental organizations, electronizes accounts, appeals and others (totally 20 services), which removes the material and time losses. He noted that of the Council of the State Support to the Non-Governmental Organizations Attached to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the first time in 2019 invites all the citizens of the country to take part in the appreciation of grant projects within the fourth grant competition. Because of this the Council has begun to introduce to the society its new band e-civic program, which is a part of SC CMP.

Then a video-rollick on e-citizen service as a part of SC CMP, the rules of its use by the citizens, its efficiency was demonstrated. After the demonstration of the video-rollick the collaborator of the Council Elnur Bağırov spoke about the rules of using the e-civic program. Nurlanə Mustafayeva, a student of  Azerbaijan University of Languages, who was voluntarily elected by the participants of the event, made use of e-civic service. Thus, the participants of the event were demonstrated the rules of how to join the e-civic service and procedures for realizing it.
