Meeting with the national writer Chingiz Abdullayev was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) on June 4 under the organizational support of the Students Affairs Department.

 Rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, Academician Kamal Abdullayev highly appreciated Chingiz Abdullayev`s works and noted that during the processes ,taking place in our country, the writer always holds the position of the true intellectual.

“Due to the creative activity of Chingiz-muallim, our country is now well-known throughout the world. I visited many countries ‘libraries and I saw his books everywhere.”

The national writer Chingiz Abdullayev expressed his gratitude to the meeting organizers and stressed his being happy to meet with the readers.

He mentioned that his literary works became popular in the variety of foreign countries and added that his screenwriting activity also attracted the wide audience all over the world.

Chingiz Abdullayev noted that his literary- social activity had been highly estimated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and then he revealed the secrets of his success.

At the end of the event the writer answered various questions of students and teachers` staff.

It should be mentioned that the meeting was organized with the direct involvement of the students Rashad Tagiyev and Tofiq Veliyev.
