Rossella Fabiani, reporter of popular newspaper “Il Messagero”, as well as Valeria Palombaro, collaborator of “Agenzia Nova” news agency, Moscatelli Orietta, reporter of “Askanews” news agency, and the representative of “Radio Radicale” visited “the Italian Centre” of Azerbaijan University of Languages as guests. The guests were welcomed by Anar Osmanlı, advisor of the rector, Bənövşə Məmmədova, dean of the faculty of Translation and Nərgiz Cəfərova, chief of the Italian Centre. Bənövşə Məmmədova spoke about the University, the faculty and the fields of studies taught at the University. Ilham Abbasov, colaborator of the Department of International Relations spoke on the relationships among universities and Nargiz Cəfərova Nərgiz gave some information to the guests on the Italian Centre. Gülnar Məlikova, senior teacher of the chair of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Translation talked about the teaching of the Italian language. It is already four days that the delegation of the Italian reporters is Azerbaijan. They held meetings with some persons of higher ranks and went to Cocuq Mərcanlı, the only settlement of Cabrail liberated from the occupation January 26. They visited the families of refugees there. During the four days the delegation was accompanied by Kəmalə Əliyeva an interpreter, senior teacher of the chair of Foreign Languages in the faculty of Translation.
