A group of parents of the students, who study at Azerbaijan University of Languages, observed the process of the autumn semester of examinations of 2018-2019 academic year. Associate-professor Ibrahim Kazimbeyli, dean of the faculty of International Relations and Management, gave detailed information on the process of examinations and acquainted them with the University. The parents, who observed the process of examinations, were pleased with the organization and process of examinations and highly appreciated the measures of the administration in ensuring the objectivity and transparency in the process of examinations. Academician Kamal Abdulla, rector of the University, has issued a corresponding order for the conduction of the autumn semester of examinations of 2018-2019 academic year in conformity with corresponding instructions and statutes. The session of examination will be continued from January 3 till February 4, 2019, in full-time education faculties, The interval between the examinations will be two days minimally, time for examination will be three hours, in case of necessity the time of examination will be prolonged. It should be noted that additional measures have been considered for the conduction of the examination session in conformity with the necessary normative documents, for the provision of the rooms for examination with necessary equipment before the beginning of the session,  for the provision of transparency and objectivity of evaluation of the knowledge, as well as for the prevention of negative cases, which may take place in examinations, conduction of necessary explanatory work with the controllers and teachers of subjects, provision of the participation of student organizations in the process of examinations in order to assist the conduction of examinations objectively and in conformity with corresponding rules, provision of the parents of students to observe the examination session. To provide the conduction of the examination session of the autumn semester of 2018-2019 academic year in conformity with corresponding instructions and regulations an Operative Headquarters shall function for the immediate investigation of the negative cases which may emerge and for taking necessary measures, as well as for the conduction examination session transparently and in conformity with the normative  documents.
