On December 9, vice-rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Afgan Abdullayev  delivered a lecture  on "Education Management"  to the university's faculty and students at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL). Speaking about the organization of the education system, estimation of workers personal and professional qualities, Professor A.Abdullayev noted the importance of existence to influence   people around to realize the purpose and achieve positive results. In the lecture it was also touched upon issues such as active leaders in business activity, the ability to lead others, following the code of ethics, determination, reliability, initiative, individual characteristics, and the importance of objectivity. In the end, the professor answered students' questions on the subject.
