On May 23, an event was held on “Business English" course on the initiative of the Dean of the School of Philology and Journalism Vusala Aghabeyli at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL). Providing information about the event in advance, V.Aghabeyli noted that students studying English Language and Literature teaching will entertain with performances on topics of Business English course. Later, students performed scenes about misunderstandings occurring during the phone talks, people who have difficulties to speak in English during travelling and passport control. During the event a video on the subject was also watched. In the end, the acting rector of AUL, Professor Afgan Abdullayev praised the conduct of the event, demonstrations of the themes are taken from real life and in tune with today, he said. He said that the teaching profession is challenging, honorable and responsible. Professor expressed confidence that such nature events will not be episodic and it will be sustainable.
