On May 25, dean of the School of Journalism of Baku State University , Assistant Professor  Vugar Aliyev met with the students at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL)on the initiative of the teacher of  the Department of  Azerbaijani Language and Literature Gunel Heydarova. During the meeting, Aliyev gave a lecture on the topic "Online journalism in media system" to the students, group 140 of the School of Philology and journalism. He spoke about the mass media and mass communication fields in the world and the history of the Internet, the Internet, newspapers and news sites, online and traditional journalism, similarities and differences, as well as students and shared his views on online media tools.

At the end dean of the School of Philology and journalism Vusala Agabayli thanked the visitor for accepting the invitation. She stressed the importance of holding such meetings regularly.

The meeting ended with the answering students' questions.

Note that views were exchanged on organizing of mutual relations of students majoring in Journalism of both universities.
