President İlham Aliyev has signed a decree on Kamal Abdullayev (Kamala Abdulla) to be appointed as a rector of Azerbaijan  University of Languages, by the Decree Kamal Mehdi Abdullayev was appointed the new rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages.

Note that before the appointment he has worked as a State Advisor on Multinational, Multicultural and Religious Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
