On December 20, on the initiative of the Ministry of Education "One" Student-Volunteer Program a presentation was held in English within  the Voluntary Program to host a Formula 1 Grand Prix of Azerbaijan at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL).

First, the university's dean of the School of Regional studies and International Relations Anar Naghiyev spoke about European important events and the active participation of the students of the university in such events.

Then the Ministry of Education "One" Student-Volunteer Program Manager Tural Abdullazadeh and Baku City Circle Operations Department of Human Resources and Labor program coordinator Tural Humbatov spoke on the program. Employees of the department Turkan Mammadova and Sevinj Jafarova through the slide provided information about the Grand Prix which will be held for the second time this summer in Azerbaijan, joining process to "Volunteers" program, and the experience gained through this program, as well as newly opened academy of Baku City Circle Operations Department and training programs which will be held in the academy.

The process of presentation continued with question and answer session which was held  in order to find out  awareness about competition among students  under the leadership of Baku City Circle Operations  Department of Human Resources and Labor program manager  Atif Gambarov. Students who answered correctly were awarded with souvenirs by a team of volunteers. In addition, the students’ questions regarding the activity of voluntary were heard and given detailed answers to these questions.

  At the end booklets reflecting more information about the Formula 1 Volunteering Program were distributed.
