On October 13, a meeting was held with the member of the French Academy of Sciences, writer and doctor Jean Christof Rufen at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL). Department of French Language Phonetics and Grammar and the French Information Center, the University's professors and teachers, as well as students studying French language, attended the meeting. The guest exchanged views with participants about the literary activities, public meetings, and answered the questions they were interested in.

The event ended with giving R. Rufan gifts from the University.
