The deputy said that because of the interference by the great empires in the khanates existing in the territory of Azerbaijan in the beginning of the 19th century, our people were left without a state of independence and were in danger of losing their culture, traditions, language and religion. But since our genetic memory was an independent state, our people did not suffer from crisis: "The tendency towards independence in the society of Azerbaijan was too big."

According to him, great leader Heydar Aliyev was a great person who gave time to solve the problems of the people: "Heydar Aliyev is one of those personalities who rewritten the name of Azerbaijan and loved Azerbaijanis. Every step taken by him during his reign has had a great impact on the strengthening of our country, mastering Azerbaijanian thinking and returning the trust of the people. Until the independence gained in 1991, Heydar Aliyev took part in writing a great history with his work. His coming to power in 1993 saved Azerbaijan from being destroyed, creating stability. It has also contributed to the development of our culture and arts. "

A.Mirzazadeh noted that the activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev and his public service promote the development of the country's socio-political, socio-economic and cultural life.
