On October 20, a ceremony was held in memory of the well-known Azerbaijani composer, People's Artist, State Prize laureate Tofig Guliyev, in memory of the "Azerbaijani Treasure of Treasure" in accordance with the Presidential Decree of 7 February 2017 at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL).
