On November 1,o n the joint initiative of France Information Center and  the Department of  Regional studies  online seminar was held with Fidan Khalilova, a lawyer for the Committee on the Rights of the Refugees in Paris. The seminar was organized through a webcast on the rights of immigrants in France, the conditions of citizenship in France and the attitude towards Muslims living there. It should be noted that the seminar was attended by heads and teachers of the Departments of Regional Studies, Philosophy and Social Sciences.
