A meeting was held at AUL on the work of young teachers in the regions

On November 2, a meeting was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) with the students of the Faculty of Philology and Journalism on the topic: "Why do our young cadres do not want to work in district schools?"

Associate Professor of the Department of Azerbaijan Literature the Azerbaijan Literature Department Sevinj Kazimova said that holding events within the Auditorium + program has already become a tradition in the university. Saying that such events play an important role in connecting students to various issues and exchange views, S.Kazimova thanked everyone who contributed to the meeting, which was devoted to such a topic.

During the meeting, it was talked about the world and Azerbaijan experience in teacher assignments, discounts to teachers sent to district schools in our country, and statistical data, as well as discussions on the reasons for the abandonment of young teachers and their solutions.

Dean of the Faculty of Philology and Journalism, Associate Professor Vusala Aghabeyli said that this issue is mostly related to patriotism. She said that the university administration's plans to send students to pedagogical experiences in the districts would be useful for the initiative to adapt students to those regions and continue their future activities there.

It should be noted that at the event, a staged show on the theme of the performance of the students was presented and a video clip entitled "Young teacher of the remote village" was presented.
