On February 24, on the joint organization of the School of  Education (English and German language) of Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) and students of SABAH groups  in pedagogical practice hosted the event  dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Khojaly genocide at the secondary school No. 35 in Nasimi district. By the close support of the heads of practice Arif Asadov, Sadagat Mammadova, Rasmiyya Mehdiyeva, Irada Baylarova, students Gulnar Mustafayeva, Latifa Aliyeva, Vafa Aghayeva, Humay Najafova and  pupils  attended the event  and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was sounded. Dean of the School of Education (English and German language), Professor Fikret Jahangirov, head of the department of English lexicology, Associate Professor Amil Jafarov, head of the practice  Arif Asadov who was elected by the students "The best teacher" for the academic year 2016, head of the school Rena Naibova thanked everyone who contributed the event. It was noted the necessity for holding events in the national pstriotic spirirt in the direction of promoting  the calamities of our people to the next generation. Students provided information about Khojaly genocide, the most horrible massacre in the twentieth century and its implications, sounded poems. The slide show prepared on the base of  the cadres screened by   TV journalist Chingiz Mustafayev was shown and a video was watched dedicated to the Khojaly genocide in different languages. In the end, the student Javid Amiraslanov sang the song   "Mr. Lieutenant". Note that the pictures drawn by the students about the Khojaly genocide and the exhibition of works of students were demonstrated in the lobby of the school.
