Candidates wishing to take part in the competition must submit documents in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for holding the positions of the head of the department, dean and deputy dean in higher education institutions", approved by the resolution № 5/5 of the Board of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 15, 2017, after 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement in the newspaper, and can send it to the following address together with the application written to the rector.
