1. On the results of scientific research

1. Greater attention must be paid to improving the quality of scientific research. Joint seminars involving graduate students, doctoral candidates, faculty, and departments should be organized to discuss theoretical and practical issues.
2. Topics for Master's, PhD, and Doctor of Science theses must be approved following thorough evaluation, and all works must undergo anti-plagiarism checks.
3. Necessary steps must be taken to attract talented Master’s students to PhD programs.
4. Research findings should be applied in teaching, and if necessary, published in the form of articles or textbooks.
5. The quality of scientific journals must be improved. (18.03.25, Prot. 43)
- Establishment of the “Khazar” Translation and Culture Journal. (25.12.24, Prot. 41)
- Targeted work must be done to improve the three indicators essential for the university’s QS ranking. (18.04.25, Prot. 43)

2. Increase in salaries for faculty and administrative staff

A decision was made to increase salaries for ADU’s faculty and administrative staff effective from 01.02.2025.
