On May 6, the opening ceremony of the VIII International Scientific Conference "HEYDAR ALIYEV: THE IDEOLOGY OF MULTICULTURALISM AND TOLERANCE", dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, took place.

Before the opening ceremony, the leadership of the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) and the participants of the conference visited the Alley of Honors, where they paid tribute to the National Leader by laying wreaths and flowers at the grave of Heydar Aliyev.

 

Wreaths and bouquets from AUL staff , as well as from representatives of leading universities, scientific and cultural circles from a number of foreign countries were laid at the graves of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and his wife, an outstanding ophthalmologist and scientist Zarifa Aliyeva.

It should be noted that the VIII International Scientific Conference "HEYDAR ALIYEV: THE IDEOLOGY OF MULTICULTURALISM AND TOLERANCE", dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader, is attended by more than forty representatives from eight countries of the world.
