“Happy Victory Day” event was held at AUL

The Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) hosted an event called "Happy Victory Day, Azerbaijan!", organised by Work with Students and Organization of Events department.
The event began with the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, then the participants honored the memory of the Patriotic War shahids with the minute of silence.
AUL rector , Academician Kamal Abdulla, congratulated the staff of the university on the Victory Day, saying that we feel a sense of pride and happiness, but at the same time we are aware of the responsibility towards our veterans, shahids who were witnesses and participants of this historical mission: "Victory Day was approaching Azerbaijan, not within a year or a month, but step by step, through generations to the present day. The strength and will of the Azerbaijani people, economic power, modern army, unity of the people and the state became the key factors that ensured the victory of our country. For this victory, we should be grateful to our Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and our shahids who gave their lives on this path.
Our national duty and national mission is to preserve the immortal and bright memory of our marches. Today Azerbaijan is moving from victory to victory. We are convinced that our steps are consistent and reliable. As the representatives of the victorious nation, we should do our best for the development and progress of our state and nation. On this way, everyone should mobilize and unite closely around Mr. President."
