The last meeting of the Academic Council on the results of the academic year was held

At the beginning of the meeting the guest from the Eurasian National University of Kazakhstan welcomed the leadership and staff of AUL and provided information about the possibilities of cooperation with the university. Opinions about the directions of future scientific cooperation were expressed and a memorandum was signed. The members of the council had a positive attitude to the opinions expressed, and it was decided to hold meetings to assess the possibilities of further scientific cooperation.

Later, the Rector and members of the Academic Council met with a group of AUL students, who will continue their studies in Germany, and wished them success in their future educational life.

AUL Rector, Academician Kamal Abdulla, welcomed the council members and informed them about the upcoming issues. It was noted, that AUL has achieved quite a lot of successes and achievements in the last academic year.

Thus, the process of electronization of education has been successfully completed, students' data have been entered into a single portal. This also allows students to receive their basic data and exam results more quickly and objectively. For the second time, AUL has been ranked in the QS International Ranking Table and this was evaluated as one of the achievements of the past academic year. Ranking 301st among 2500 universities in the world, AUL once again proved that it is worthy of fulfilling its goals and objectives, repeating its historical success.

It is necessary to note another success of AUL, which was evaluated according to the results of the rating "THE Impact 2024" by one of the most prestigious rating organizations of the world, the company "Times Higher Education" (THE) at the Global Congress on Sustainable Development, held in Bangkok. The activity of international language and cultural centers, which started their activity in AUL, was also noted as an important event in terms of establishing external relations, the opening of the Arabic Auditorium named after Sheikh Zayed was especially emphasized.

 Then Vice-Rector for International Relations Zhalya Garibova, Head of Knowledge Assessment Department Fatma Gurbanzadeh, Head of Education Department Shafag Shahmammadova presented the main proposals on current issues to the council members for discussion.

The representatives of the AUL Center, operating in Minsk and Belgrade Universities, also informed the members of the Council about their activities

The final meeting of the Academic Council, dedicated to the results of 2023-2024, ended with the discussion of proposals and changes made regarding the direction of the department and scientific structures for the next academic period.
