On 19 October, Siddiga Baylarova, a lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Faculty of Education at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), conducted a training session entitled “Psychological Resilience: Staying Strong in the Face of Stress” for students of the Faculty of Education. The event was organized by the Psychological Support Centre operating under the department.

The training explored ways to maintain inner strength when facing stressful and challenging situations in everyday life, mechanisms of emotional regulation, and effective strategies for coping with stressors.

The training, which included both theoretical and practical components, featured an engaging atmosphere, open question-and-answer sessions, and practical examples. Participants were introduced to important strategies to help them discover their own psychological resilience resources and strengthen their ability to recover during difficult times.

At the end of the training, taking students’ feedback into account, it was noted that the session had provided valuable guidance to help young people navigate their daily lives with greater balance and resilience.
