A seminar on the 100^th anniversary of the March 31 Genocide was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) on March 28, organized by the Multiculturalism Research Laboratory.

Lawyer Professor Oleg Yuryevich Kuznetsov, speaking at the seminar, spoke about the legal and political assessment of these events, as well as the history of the genocide, the massacres committed against civilians in different periods.

Javidan Abudov, the 2^nd year student at the Faculty of International Relations and Management, made a presentation entitled “March 31^st, the genocide of Azerbaijanis”. He described the massacre of Azerbaijani as the most tragic event in the twentieth century.

At the end, the head of the Multiculturalism Scientific Research Laboratory, Associate Professor Irina Kunina expressed her gratitude to Professor O.Y.Kuznetsov and added that the professor-teaching staff of the university has received useful information from the seminar.
