Professor Ulduz Aslanova, Doctor of Philological Sciences and a faculty member of the Department of German Lexicology and Stylistics operating under the Faculty of English and German Languages at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), participated in the international conference “XVII Türkischer Internationaler Germanistik Kongress. Germanistik im 21. Jahrhundert: Verbindungen, Vernetzungen, Verknüpfungen,” organized by Ege University in İzmir, Türkiye, on 14–17 May 2025.

As part of the conference, Professor Aslanova delivered a presentation entitled “Die stilistische Wirkung der Wortwahl in der Kommunikation im Deutschen und im Aserbaidschanischen” (“The Stylistic Effect of Word Choice in Communication in German and Azerbaijani”). The presentation provided a scholarly analysis of the stylistic impact of lexical choice in communication in both German and Azerbaijani.

It should be noted that the text of the presentation was subsequently published in the journal “DIYALOG: Interkulturelle Zeitschrift für Germanistik.”
