The Republic of Serbia has announced a scholarship program for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the 2026–2027 academic year to pursue higher education studies.

Within the framework of the Serbian Government’s “World in Serbia” program, a total of three scholarship places have been allocated for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at the following universities: University of Belgrade, University of Kragujevac, University of Niš, and University of Novi Sad.

The scholarship program is open to applicants who meet the following age requirements:

• Undergraduate level: up to 21 years of age
• Master’s level: up to 25 years of age
• Doctoral level: up to 35 years of age

Application deadline: June 26, 2026.
