President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on the reorganization of Azerbaijan University of Languages. By the Order Azerbaijan University of Languages will be reorganized by the transformation to Azerbaijan University of Languages, of which has the status of a public legal person under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Cabinet of Ministers is charged:

To prepare  proposals on  those who  carry out  public legal entity's charter draft and  authorities of the founder  provided in the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers within two months and submit to the President, and to submit  acts order to adapt the proposals  of the  President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months  to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to  keep under the control normative legal acts of central executive authorities,  and to inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within  five months, and to solve other issues arising from this Order .

Public legal entity provided in this Order, Azerbaijan University of Languages will continue its activities until the date of state registration in the manner prescribed by law on "State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities".

The Ministry of Justice shall inform the Cabinet of Ministers providing conformity with this Order of the normative legal acts and the normative acts of central executive authorities.
