A meeting with representatives of science and education from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan was held at AUL.
On January 28, a meeting was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) with representatives of science and education from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
The Rector of AUL, Academician Kamal Abdulla, welcomed the guests and expressed his pleasure at seeing them at the university.
It was noted that AUL maintains close relations with scientific and educational institutions of the Republics of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan and implements various exchange programs.
Speaking about the importance of mutual academic meetings and joint projects, the Rector emphasized that Azerbaijan shares many common features with its friendly and brotherly countries—Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan—in terms of language, culture, literature, and history.
New perspectives for academic and cultural cooperation are always in focus and create favorable opportunities for partnership. AUL attaches great importance to the consistent development of inter-university relations, implements dual degree programs at the bachelor’s level, and establishes long-term partnership ties.
Director of the ORLEU Institute for Advanced Training under the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan Meruert Medetbekova, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University Ugiloy Kusanova, and Chief Specialist of the International Department of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Kyrgyzstan Akunbek Ergeshov delivered speeches, expressing their gratitude to the AUL administration and staff for the warm reception and kind words.
During the meeting, the guests were informed about AUL’s international relations, faculty and student exchange programs, and training initiatives.
At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with books as gifts and a commemorative photo was taken.
