On September 25, the rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), an active member of ANAS, honored scientist Kamal Abdulla was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Ural Federal University.

On September 14, the Ural Federal University's Department of Foreign Field Studies raised a question before the Ural Humanitarian Institute for the title of Honorary Doctor to Kamal Abdulla.

Kamal Abdulla was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Ural Federal University according to the decision of the Scientific Council.

It should be noted that Ural Federal University is one of the most influential Russian universities and is named after Boris Yeltsin, Russia's first president.
