It was noted that during the 44-day Patriotic War, the Glorious Supreme Commander, President Ilham Aliyev, accomplished a great mission of liberation, inscribing the heroic history of the Azerbaijani people in golden letters: “The greatest courage and the greatest victory was the Karabakh Victory, which President Ilham Aliyev executed with exceptional skill. The President, always attentive to the wishes of the people, achieved not only military victories but also moral triumphs, demonstrating them to the world.” Under his leadership, the liberation of occupied territories, restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, and efforts to strengthen the country’s international reputation earned the President respect and recognition among world leaders. Following the war, large-scale reconstruction and the “Great Return” initiative have been implemented in the liberated regions under his guidance.

Today, under the President’s leadership, Azerbaijan has achieved significant political and economic successes, implemented reforms and changes, and continues to advance resolutely, strengthening its international prestige.
