An event titled “Artificial Intelligence and Foreign Languages” was held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), jointly organized by the Faculties of English and German, English and French, and Translation.

The event was attended by Vice-Deans of the Faculty of English and German Lalə Hasanova and Elnara Putayeva, Vice-Deans of the Faculty of English and French Zoya Aliyeva and Zulqadda Abdulkərimli, and Tutor of the Faculty of Translation Sevda Hasanova.

During the event, Chair of the Board of the Artificial Intelligence Azerbaijan platform Narmin Habibzade, Creative Director Emil Abdullayev, Project Manager Ayan Aliyeva, and artificial intelligence specialist Ayten Hummatova delivered presentations, sharing interesting and useful information about artificial intelligence with the students.

The speakers noted that, due to the rapid development of technology, artificial intelligence has become an integral part of everyday life. The advantages and existing challenges of artificial intelligence were discussed in detail. It was emphasized that the concept of artificial intelligence encompasses computer systems and programs that imitate the analytical and creative functions of the human brain.

Within the framework of the event, students received detailed information about the nature of artificial intelligence, its various programs, and areas of application. It was particularly highlighted that artificial intelligence is not only a technological advancement but also an important phenomenon that influences our lives.
