On January 27, the next media tour was organized at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) to observe the course of the autumn session of 2016-2017 academic year, with the participation of media representatives, and members of Control Board. The monitoring was attended by MP, editor in chief of newspaper “Yeni Azerbaycan” Hikmet Babaoghlu, editor in chief  of newspaper “Ses” Bahruz Guliyev, editor in chief  of newspaper “Kaspi” Ilham Guliyev, Deputy Director General of Trend Information Agency Arzu Naghiyev, editor in chief of  olke.az site Mammad Gulmammadov, chief of enter.news portal Elchin Bayramov, as well as  representatives of newspaper “Sherg” CBC  TV, Azerbaijan State  Information Agency (AZERTAJ), ann.az, teleqraf.com sites  and members of Control Board of AUL, during the monitoring  the acting rector of AUL , Professor Afgan Abdullayev provided detailed information about the course of the exam session. He brought into the attention of the participants that the exam session was held transparent, in accordance with normative acts. Speaking about the innovations applied in the exam session A.Abdullayev noted that the exams are held by Knowledge Assessment and Monitoring Center, tests are rechecked, and the anonymity is preserved and then approved. A.Abdullayev noted that Operative Staff was established in order to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and instructions to hold autumn session to investigate the negative cases during the session and take appropriate action immediately, as well as to assist holding of sessions transparent, relevant to the normative documents. To report the students' suggestions and complaints on the examination sealed transparent boxes are located in all the buildings of the university. Transparent boxes have repeatedly been opened in the presence of members of the Control Board and the remarks and suggestions by students have been analyzed and discussed. After the meeting, with the participation of representatives of media and members of Control Board exams were followed. Media tour participants reviewed the exam rooms and got acquainted with its progress. After the monitoring proposals connected with exams were sounded, ideas were exchanged.
