27 october, 2025

Based on the agreement between the State Agency for Science and Higher Education (EATDA) and Clarivate, universities have been granted access to the “ProQuest Central” academic information database.

“ProQuest Central” is a multidisciplinary platform that brings together materials from leading international publishers such as Springer, Sage, Cambridge Press, Elsevier, Emerald, and Springer Nature.

The database covers more than 100 subject areas across 47 collections, providing access to the following academic and research resources:

  • Over 43,000 scholarly journals

  • 2.5 million conference papers

  • 470,000 dissertations

  • 247,000 country and industry reports

  • 240,000 audio and video resources (case studies)

  • 134,000 case analyses

  • 3.5 million preprint articles

  • 4,500 trade journals

  • More than 1,900 global news sources

The newly introduced “ProQuest Research Assistant” (PRA) tool is an innovative AI-based research assistant designed to help researchers use database resources more effectively, purposefully, and responsibly.

Key advantages of the PRA tool include:

  • Rapid and efficient analysis of research materials using artificial intelligence;

  • Assistance in determining the relevance of resources to researchers’ topics;

  • Summarization of data quickly and appropriately for research purposes.

Thanks to this new opportunity, AUL’s faculty members, researchers, and graduate students can now access international academic literature, improving the quality and scope of their scholarly work.
