German language instructors from the Department of Foreign Languages in Education at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) — Associate Professor Aida Sobor, Senior Lecturers Ruhlana Baghirova and Seyyara Gahramanova, and Lecturer Jale Abdullayeva — took part in the “Tagung DaF 2025 – Wohin führt uns Reise?” conference held on October 10–11, 2025. The event was jointly organized by the Goethe-Institut, Cornelsen, and the German Language Center.

The conference was opened by the Ambassador of Germany to Azerbaijan, Mr. Ralf Horlemann. Discussions focused on current topics such as “Artificial Intelligence in Foreign Language Teaching,” “Intercultural Communication in Foreign Language Classes,” and “Motivation through Artificial Intelligence in Language Learning.”

At the conclusion of the event, participants were awarded certificates of attendance.
