A Roundtable on "International Peace and Security Threats" was Held at AUL

On November 29, a roundtable discussion on "International Peace and Security Threats" was held within the framework of “Auditorium +” project organized by Shafag Mustafayeva, the teacher of the Department of Regional Studies at Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL).
First of all, S. Mustafayeva talked about the importance of the discussed subject in the enlightenment of the students. According to S.Mustafayeva, the choice of the subject was not occasional. It will help the students to comprehend and to clarify the problems having arisen in the international arena.
Trend News Agency Deputy Director General Arzu Naghiyev, who was invited as a guest, answered the students’ questions on the subject «International Peace and Security Threats. " He shared his views on September 11th terrorist attack in the US and its results in some countries’ nuclear policies to threat international security and the essence of the policies of separate states on migrants.
Moreover, many problems, such as the existence of some kind of threats in political, economic, religious as well as natural disasters were spoken about. At the same time, some ideas, such as, narcobusiness, human trafficking, terrorism, nuclear technology, nationalism and separatism were also characterized as threats to peace and security at the roundtable.
