An Event titled “Animation–a part of a Japanese culture” was Held at AUL

An event titled “Animation–a part of a Japanese culture” was held at AUL with the initiative of Japanese Research Centre and Azerbaijan Anime Community on May the 2nd.  In the frame of the event, Japanese animations, which are inseparable part of a Japanese culture, were demonstrated to the students of Japanese studies.  An associate of the Centre Khanim Khalilova stated that the centre aims to attract and stimulate students’ interest in Japanese animations by giving them broad information and inviting them to collaborate with the Azerbaijan Anime Community. She also emphasized the fact that students show a great interest in these kinds of events. Later a member of the Society Elshan Isayev gave some information about the animations and translated works about them. At the end of the event, animations translated by the Azerbaijan Anime Community were displayed.
