On September 29, 2024, the senior lecturer of the Department of Regional Studies of the Azerbaijan University of Languages Huseinzade Diana, together with students of International Relations and Regional Studies Faculties, groups 464R, 279R, visited the museum center.

Students visited the exhibition " Azerbaijani artists’ abstract art experience".

During the excursion, they got acquainted with the works of Azerbaijani abstract artists, where the works of Mir-Nadir Zeynalov, Javad Mirjavadov, Elchin Aslanov, Udzhal Hagverdiyev and many other artists, working in figurative and subject directions, were presented.

Next, the students visited the exposition of the State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan, located in the Museum Center. Musical exhibits of the museum, such national musical instruments as tar, kyamancha, saz, gaval, goshanagara, zurna, ney, as well as unusual instruments such as asa-tar, asa-saz, vintage phonographs and phonograph records were displayed. We were shown musical manuscripts, records, personal belongings, posters, works of fine art, sheet music, books and other exhibits, that belonged to the founder of professional Azerbaijani music Uzeir Hajibeyov,to  the luminary of the national professional vocal school Bulbul, to outstanding composers Kara Karayev, Fikret Amirov, etc.
