Rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, People`s Writer, Academician Kamal Abdullayev was awarded “Best Rector of the Year” title. Zohrab Ismail , administrator of the popular Facebook page “Universities of Azerbaijan”, monitoring the activities of the higher education Institutions, shared  the result of the vote, conducted on the website.

1. Ismail noted that People`s Writer Kamal Abdullayev won 45% of votes in the students` questionnaire “Best Rector of the Year 2018/2019 academic year”.

His social activity, steps for improvement students well-being;  pedagogical skills were highly appreciated by the students and influenced the results of the voting. Within 3 days 100 000 persons took part in the final part of voting. Total quantity of comments reached 5 thousands:-” This result shows the society`s favorable attitude to the Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages. It also should be noted that both AUL students and students from another 10 Universities voted for Kamal Abdullayev. Rector expressed his gratitude to all who appreciated his activity. He also noted that he can`t take all the credit and the victory is a merit of the whole University staff.
