President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on May 25, 2019, on conferring the honorary title of the People’s Writer on academician Kamal Abdulla, rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages. On this occasion many congratulations have been sent to him. Here are some of them: “Mr. Rector!
