A Round Table Devoted to the Problem of Nationalism in the Present International Relations

On May 16, 2019, a round table took place on the topic “The problem of nationalism in the present international relations”. It was organized by the Chair of International Relations of the Faculty of International Relations.

Head of the Chair of International Relations Professor Aida Yusifzadə greeted the participants and spoke about the importance of the event, of the impact of nationalism in the interstate relations. The assistant of the dean of the Faculty professor Əli Məmmədov made an introductory speech on nationalism.

Senior teacher of the chair, PhD in law Mehriban Babaxanova gave information on nationalism and patriotism.

The students of Group 342 group Abudov Cavidan and Ümid Məmmədov made presentations at the round table. Teachers of the Chair of international Relations Abbas Əliyev and Könül Şirinov made interesting speeches on the topic.

The round table ended with discussions.
