On April 26 the vice-rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages professor Əfqan Abdullayev and dean of the Faculty of Second Education and School Practice Məmməd İsmayılov paid a visit to School 211 at the invitation of the principal of that school and met the activists of humanitarian block of the small Academy, i.e., the pupils of the 7th form.

Professor Əfqan Abdullayev has organized a workshop for developing the language skills of pupils. He explained some nuances of different aspects of the English language to them, and gave his recommendations. Then he answered to the interesting questions of pupils, listened to the song of a pupil and got closely acquainted with the achievements of the pupils in different spheres of knowledge, sport competitions and school Olympiads.

After a very sincere meeting the guests had their photos taken with the pupils, the administration of the school gave them messages of gratitude, they declared that such meetings strengthened the relations of school with higher schools, strengthened the motivation of pupils to get higher education, and they have a great importance  for the correct orientation in future choices.

Students of Azerbaijan University of Languages Məmmədli Şəlalə and Ələsova who were having their school practice in the seventh class were particularly active in the organization of the meeting.

The meeting of the representatives of the school and of the University were also attended by the methodologist teacher of Chair of Methodology of Teaching of Foreign Languages in the Faculty of Philology and Journalism İ. İskəndərova, associate-professor of the Chair of Pedagogy within the Faculty of Education J. Mustafayeva, principal of the school  H. Mahmudova, English teachers L. Aliyeva, G. Tagiyeva and other students of the University.
