Academician Kamal Abdulla, rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages was awarded on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the institution of the State Security Service and Foreign Intelligence Service.

The authoritative member of the State Security Service said that the presentation of the anniversary medal to academician Kamala Abdulla   is a clear example of the great trust of the State Security Service to the staff of Azerbaijan University of Languages.

The rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages spoke about the successful activity of the State Security Service. He said that the dedicated work of the staff of the Service has always been highly appreciated in the protection of our statehood and national interests.

I would like to thank you for seeing me worthy of such an honorary title. I know that the servicemen of the State Security Service protect our statehood very well. The staff of Azerbaijan University of Languages serves our statehood by training students, bringing up citizens able to build communication with the society. This medal is not only awarded to me, but also to all our staff.  On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the State Security Service, we shall send a congratulatory letter and best wishes to the Chief of the Service, Colonel-General Mədət Quliyev. Once more, I congratulate the whole staff of the Service on their remarkable anniversary”.
