Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages academician Kamal Abdulla was made an honorary member of the Public Association of the Veterans of War and decorated  with a medal of commemoration.

Deputy chairman of the Association of Veterans Elnur Salimov informed that being the rector Azerbaijan University of Languages  Kamal Abdulla displays care for the families of martyrs,their children who study in Azerbaijan University of Languages, for the  veterans of the Karabakh  who work at the University, gives advice to the staff to teach the students the dates of occupation of the districts of Azerbaijan by the Armenian aggressors during the lectures and seminars for bringing them up as real patriots, to hold a series of measures devoted to the Khojaly genocide and  January 20, create conditions for the students to take part in the public life of the University, to send the students to the schools of the displaced persons of the republic and to the secondary schools in liberated village Jojug Marjanli. He has won the deep sympathy of veterans and the family members of the Great Patriotic  and Karabakh wars.

Taking all the said into account the Board of the Association decided to award Kamal Abdulla taking into account his activities and the numerous appeals of the citizen.

Chairman of organization Fuzuli Rzaquliyev introduced the award.

Rector Kamal Abdulla expressed his gratitute for the initiative: “I appreciate your attitude to me as the attitude to the University. As you know, Azerbaijan University of Languages does a lot connected with the regions of Karabakh. I wish our dreams become true. Your organization is very serious and we are  proud of it. It is the organization of the people who are ready to die for the sake of Karabakh. I wish we had such events celebrated in Shusha, Agdam and other places under the banner of our President in the nearest days. I thank to everyone.”
