On February 18, 2019, Azerbaijan University of Languages held the regular sitting of its Board. Academician Kamal Abdulla, rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages, conveyed the text of the resolution of Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the members of the Board concerning the improvement of the system of scholarships paid by the state to the BA,MA students and doctorates in order to improve their family and life conditions and called it an important step. He said: “Mr. President increased the scholarships of BA, MA students and doctorates. In fact, it is the appreciation given to the citizens of Azerbaijan, to the youth of Azerbaijan, who try to occupy, or who have already occupied a place in the education system of Azerbaijan, it is also a serious socio-political step. This socio-political step demonstrates the stability and transparency of the internal socio-political and moral-spiritual stability and transparency not only within the country, but beyond its borders. Such resolutions of Mr. President demonstrate that Azerbaijan and its statehood are developing; its economic foundations are strengthening, irrespective of the conditions, whether it lives in conditions of war or peace. This economic stability and development have been aimed at the improvement of the life conditions and welfare of the citizens of Azerbaijan. It is the great achievement of Azerbaijan as a state. We thank Mr. President on behalf of the members of the University Board, including our BA, MA students and doctorates. We thank for his kind attitude to the youth and citizens of Azerbaijan.   It is a striking manifestation of the care of state”.
