Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), Acting member of ANAS, honored scientist Kamal Abdulla met with US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Sekuta on March 6.

The prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed at the meeting.

Rector Kamal Abdulla noted the devotion of both countries to multicultural traditions and marked the establishment of a branch of the Baku İnternational Multicultural Center in the United State.

During the meeting, exchange of views on the participations of American students in the work of multiculturalism summer and winter schools held in Azerbaijan every year.

Future prospects of teaching Azerbaijani and Turkish languages were also discussed at the meeting as part of the Important Language Scholarship Program for US Students in Azerbaijan.
